To our valued WIIIN Community,
Welcome to spring, the season of transition! Although this year’s spring season may have brought even further uncertainty and volatility back into both the local and global landscapes, our Southern California community continues to show resilience and support for each other, rebuilding from last year’s tragic LA fires and advocating for our foundational principles in so many ways.
For WIIIN, we also persist in our goals of meaningful collaboration to inspire and elevate our WIIIN family and friends. It was wonderful to see many of you at ALTSLA 2026, which worked with us to include some of our membership as workshop leaders and panelists! We are also currently hard at work on the 2026 Mentorship Program. We received a robust response to this year's survey and are busy pairing mentors with mentees. This spring’s season of transition also brings a more streamlined and interactive design for the WIIIN Newsletter – we hope you enjoy the new format and, as always, we welcome your feedback.
