WIIIN has tapped Susan Lerner, investment industry veteran with more than two decades’ experience as a retained executive search professional and founder of Libra Coaching, to share insights about the value and benefit of working with an Executive Coach. Susan has been a Certified Professional Coach for ten years and will share cases for maximizing one’s potential in an existing role or firm, navigating challenging conversations as well as charting a development path during a time of job transition. She is certified in the Hogan Personality Assessment and will discuss how the Hogan can be utilized in the context of an Executive Coaching relationship.

Join us to learn how Executive Coaching engagements typically work, when may be the right time to consider working with a coach and how best to identify the right coaching partner.

The session will feature shared content and facilitated, open discussion.
