At some point in your career, the exact next right step on your path becomes a little less clear. Or the bigger picture of your life looks different and the career piece has to compete with other real life priorities. Yet the ambition to pursue does not necessarily subside.

In this session, you will learn how to create a plan for your career that both excites you and works for your current life priorities. You will get clear on what you want for your future and understand how to back into that plan beginning today. This process will serve you for where you are now and can be leveraged again and again as your priorities shift (and they will).

Meet The Speaker

This session will be led by Tracy Podell, a highly skilled coach and facilitator. Tracy is a frequent collaborator with Inside Out Incubator, facilitators of part 1 and 2 of our Career Series.

Tracy Podell has first-hand experience building the plane while she flies it. After years working in early-stage startups that achieved explosive growth and then acquisition by companies like Viacom and Tinder, she’s seen the pitfalls and challenges startup executives can (and inevitably will) encounter. That is why she now dedicates her career to helping VP to C-level leaders navigate through their toughest challenges while scaling their tech companies.
