2021 WIIIN Annual Macro Event - The Path Ahead: A Global Discussion of Secular Trends and the Implications for Client Portfolios

Connection Information for Registrants

We are excited to have you join us for the WIIIN 2021 Annual Macro Event​!  Below please find the link you will need to access REMO:

When you click the link, you will be prompted to sign in (if you are an existing user) or create a profile (if you are a new user) and do a test check to verify your camera and microphone are working. Once you pass the systems check, click on the green button “join this event now.”

When you enter the event, you will see a top-down view of the floorplan of a ballroom. You will automatically join a randomly assigned table, but feel free to hop to another table by double-clicking on it. You can see who is seated at each table by hovering your mouse above it.

When you join a table, your mic and camera will automatically be turned off. If you would like to speak to the other women at your table, click on the mic and camera buttons in the white tray at the bottom of your screen. When you do so, you’ll see your video feed pop up next to everyone else’s near the top of the screen. If you prefer to see everyone’s faces in a larger format, click the “Tile View” button on the left side of the white tray at the bottom of your screen. You will be able to chat with the members of your table until the speaking portion begins promptly at 12:00 PM PST / 3:00 PM EST. Please plan to lo​g in before that time if you wish to network or catch up with colleagues.

 A few important technical notes before the event:

• Please use your laptop or desktop computer for optimal experience, as iPad and iPhone do not work well with this software.  Additionally, there is not an option to add a virtual background so just keep that in mind when you decide where to settle down for the event. 
• When possible, disconnect from a VPN and use Wi-Fi.  If you must stay on VPN, see the trouble shooting tips in the attached Remo Event Guide.
• Preferred browsers are listed in the attached Remo Event Guide. 
• Please be sure to use the same email address to log into Remo as you did to register for this event.

Should you have any difficulties after joining the event, you can click on the help icon in the lower left corner of the screen and someone from Remo support will be able to assist you.  For your reference, we have attached a Remo Event Guide which walks you through some troubleshooting tips and explains how to navigate the platform.
